“a single-drive indexable composite head assembly”, which was awarded the China Patent Gold Award in 2014, was jointly completed by Shenyang Jianzhu University and Shenyang Machine Tool Group Co..Ltd under the mechanism of Industry-Academy-Research. The patent results are widely used in domestic high-end composite processing equipment, and achieved good economic and social benefits. The invention can significantly reduce the structural complexity of the turning and milling composite processing equipment using the system, reduce the equipment cost and improve the performance and quality of the machine tool. The patent, used in the milling complex machining center of machine tool group, has provided the high-end CNC machining equipment for large rotary crankshaft parts and aerospace high-precision complex parts of the five-axis machining in ships, thermal power and other industries. Since 2010, more than 400 sets of related equipment have been sold, with the total sales of more than 2 billion yuan.
