The Engineering Technology Research Center of Liaoning Province of Allotypic Highrise Architecture and Engineering Equipment was approved to be built from Department of Science and Technology of Liaoning Province and Liaoning Province Finance Department in 2008 and passed the inspection in 2010. The center is the only center of industrial research and development of engineering and technology in Liaoning and Northeast of China and its original form is the Construction Engineering Technology Research and Development Center of Shenyang Jianzhu University.
The center has 20 fixed personnel, including 9 professors and 5 associate professors, with more than 100 equipments of total value to 13.5 million yuan. The center is owned by the Construction Equipment Laboratory which was taken as the national and local joint laboratory by Ministry of Finance in 2008.
